How it works

Three steps. Three devices. One audit trail.

The rep, the customer, and the retailer's compliance team all see the same quote, in different shapes that suit them.

01

Rep keys the quote

On any device. No login. They type the price, the customer's email and mobile, and watch every contracted finance option appear live.

02

Customer reads it on their phone

A magic link lands in the customer's email and SMS. They compare the menu, dial in their budget, pick what suits them, tick the key-feature acknowledgements.

03

Retailer sees the audit trail

Every quote and every customer acknowledgement lands in the retailer's admin dashboard. Replayable. CSV-exportable. Compliance-friendly.

Features

What makes the menu work

Six choices that keep the principle compliant, the rep fast, and the customer in control.

Every option, every time

The rep can't hide a finance option. Every product the retailer has under contract is presented to every customer.

No rep authentication

Open URL per retailer. The rep enters their name once on first use; quotes attribute back to them in the audit log without provisioning logins.

Magic-link customer ack

The customer reads the quote and ticks the acknowledgements on their own phone, on their own time. Stronger audit trail than any tablet handover.

Audit-ready by default

Every quote, every option-pick, every acknowledgement is timestamped. CONC 4.2 explanations and customer confirmation are non-negotiable, so we make them automatic.

Retailer skinning

Per-retailer brand colour, logo, footer text, FCA register number, and contracted product catalogue. The customer never sees the underlying tooling.

Target-payment calculator

Customer says 'I want to pay £X / month'. The menu re-sorts and disabled-state options dim. Helpful framing, not a sales tactic.

Compared to other tools

Same principle. Lighter implementation.

The 'every option, every customer' principle is sound and worth keeping. The way it's been delivered in market needs an update.

How others do it
  • Per-rep authenticated logins, with provisioning, password resets, and leaver workflows

  • Multi-step wizard the rep walks the customer through, with a synchronous tablet handover

  • Dense per-product input grid even when 90% of cases use the default deposit

  • Multi-page wall-of-text compliance email as the only audit artefact

  • One product catalogue model, retailer-by-retailer onboarding stuck in a spreadsheet

How Lending Agent Presenter does it
  • Open URL per retailer. The rep enters their name once on first use. Identity in the audit log without identity to manage.

  • One-page rep tablet that builds the quote in seconds. Customer acknowledges asynchronously on their own phone via magic link.

  • Default deposit at the top, individual overrides only when needed. The rep keys five fields and the cards render live.

  • Stylish PDF and a customer phone view that's nicer to read than the email it was attached to. Identical compliance content, easier to actually use.

  • Three retailer skins ship in the demo, switchable in real time. Brand colour, logo, footer, FCA register, contracted product catalogue, all configurable.

Naming names is a distraction. The principle is widely shared across UK retail-finance presentment tools. The implementation choices vary, and the implementation choices are where this product earns its keep.

Who this is for

Two audiences, one shared surface

Whether you sell or you broker, the menu lives in front of the customer in the same shape. The implementation underneath bends to fit.

For retailers

If you sell big-ticket goods customers finance
